Find the kind of attention you need.
A swimmer chasing a stronger 100 freestyle has a different starting point from an adult rebuilding water confidence. Describe what you can do comfortably now and what you would like to change; the first step is deciding whether this coaching is a useful fit.
Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and individual medley are all welcome, with specialties in sprint freestyle and breaststroke. Adults can work on learning to swim, water confidence, fitness, technique or Masters racing.
For team swimmers, bring your current training priorities. For an independent adult swimmer, describe the swimming you normally do. Either gives the session a purpose beyond simply adding more laps.
